FAQ. Can I use a HOOGA Outdoor Fireplace on my deck?
Most decks are built from wood, which is also the fuel used in HOOGA fires. For that reason, we urge you to use extreme caution when setting up your HOOGA on a deck.
FAQ. Is there a grill option for a HOOGA?
Sure is. We make optional grill inserts for the HOOGA Original and Grasshopper. The Cricket comes with a grill as standard.

FAQ. Do you sell through retailers or dealers?
We’re a manufacturer-direct company, we only sell HOOGA products directly to customers – not through retailers or dealers.
FAQ. Does Corten steel leave rust stains on paving and other surfaces?
In the early stages of rusting and weathering outdoors, Corten steel may leave rust stains as rain and moisture wash over the raw surface. However, once the steel develops its full rusty patina, the surface seals itself naturally, and rust staining typically stops being an issue.
FAQ. Can I use a HOOGA Outdoor Fireplace as a pizza oven?
Many HOOGA owners have told us you can make cracking pizzas by placing a pizza stone on the HOOGA grill insert.

FAQ. What is the delivery time for HOOGA products?
Since delivery times depend on your location, we usually suggest allowing 2–3 days. That said, if it arrives earlier than expected, it’s a great bonus.
FAQ. Do you offer a painted version of HOOGA Outdoor Fireplaces?
We don’t offer a painted version because the intense, direct heat from a blazing HOOGA is too much for even high-temperature paint to withstand over time.
