SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Freight costs are additional unless otherwise stated.
Due to the size and nature of HOOGA products, freight rates vary depending on delivery location. Customers are required to provide a full delivery address when submitting an enquiry so an accurate freight quote can be provided.
HOOGA products are shipped on pallets. For door-to-door delivery, the delivery address must be accessible by truck and pallet trolley. Delivery drivers can only move products across smooth, level surfaces and will not transport products over steps, rough terrain, gravel paths, steep inclines, or other difficult access points.
Additional freight, handling, storage, or redelivery charges may apply where a delivery location is not readily accessible by standard freight services.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on location, freight provider availability, weather events, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery.
